Join us as we receive and extend recovery support to one another in a casual, relaxed, and open environment. Our conversation is always facilitated by one of our trained Peer Mentors.
These group discussions will be open and casual with no structured agenda, but here’s an idea of some topics we may discuss: Self-compassion Diet culture Goal setting Mindfulness The ED voice Successes and challenges of recovery Self-care  Coping strategies.
