Skills for Recovery Groups

Our groups are designed to support recovery with deep dives into specific topics. Learn, connect with others, and develop skills and tools.

These virtual groups are kept small to increase comfort and participation. Groups are led by a variety of facilitators, including dietitians, therapists, and others. Subsidies are available so that cost is not a barrier for anyone.
