Peer Support

Connecting with others who understand your experience can be incredibly helpful.

Our trained Peer Supporters draw on their experience with eating disorder recovery, providing non-judgmental encouragement and support through our groups and individual mentoring.

All Peer Support programs are free and available to anyone 14+ living in Canada.

To access these programs and other resources, simply create your free account through www.BodyPeaceCanada.ca. Already registered? Log in here.
