Peer Support Group

Join us in a safe, anonymous, supportive space to connect, share experiences, successes, and recovery strategies.

These are monthly meetings that are led by parent peer support mentors and are open to any one who cares for someone with an eating disorder—family, partner or friend. Groups do not offer medical or clinical advice but they provide a safe place for peer-to-peer sharing, support, education, guidance, encouragement, and to offer hope as we support our loved ones toward recovery.

Meetings are confirmed by email.

Our Friends & Family group is offered
free of charge, but we take donations if you would like to help keep us going.
